Refund & Returns Policy
At GADGET UTSHOB, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our goal is to make your shopping experience enjoyable, transparent, and hassle-free. To ensure this, we follow a clear and practical refund and returns policy so that any issues can be resolved smoothly.
Order Cancellation Policy
- If you place an order after 1:00 PM, you may cancel it by 12:00 PM the next day.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM can be cancelled within the same day before 12:00 PM.
- Order cancellation is not possible after the specified time, as the product will already be in the delivery preparation stage.
Product Return Conditions
- If you wish to return a product after receiving it, you must inform us within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned within 5 days from the delivery date.
- For perishable items , you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Shipping Cost:
- If the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the website description, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the courier/shipping cost.
Refund Process
- After receiving the returned product, we will complete the refund process within 24 hours (excluding public holidays).
- For online orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
- For products purchased from an outlet, refunds must be collected from the same outlet.
Home Delivery Information
- We usually deliver products up to the second floor of multi-story buildings.
- For floors above the second floor, an additional charge of BDT 10 per 2 kg will apply.
- If the building has a usable elevator, no extra charge will be applied.
- In special cases, if the customer ensures the safety of the delivery personnel’s motorcycle and the product, delivery can be made up to the third floor.
Any delivery beyond this will require an additional charge.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must carefully inspect the product at the time of delivery.
- If the customer fails to receive the parcel despite being contacted and the product is returned, the courier charge must be paid by the customer.
- If any perishable product is damaged due to refusal or delay in receiving the delivery, the full cost of the product will be borne by the customer.
